Our role — controller and processor

We act as data controller for personal data collected through this website — visitor analytics, enquiries, and newsletter subscriptions. This means we determine the purpose and means of processing that data, and we are responsible for it.

In the course of client engagements, we may also handle personal data that belongs to our clients' customers, employees, or contacts. In that context, we act as a data processor on our client's instruction, not as a controller. Our obligations in that capacity are governed by the relevant engagement agreement, which includes appropriate data processing provisions.

If you are a client with questions about how we handle data on your behalf, contact us at hello@thenocodecto.com.
