Audit and Strategy
A structured look at what your technology is doing, what it's costing, and what it should actually be doing instead.
Most businesses that come to The NoCode CTO for an audit already suspect something isn't right. Tools that overlap. Processes running on spreadsheets when they shouldn't. Systems nobody has touched since they were set up three years ago because nobody fully understands them.
The audit surfaces what's actually there — every tool, every workflow, every manual process — and turns it into a clear picture of your technology estate. From there, we identify what's working, what isn't, what can be improved without changing anything, and what needs to go.
The output isn't a slide deck. It's a prioritised action plan — specific, practical, and sequenced so you know what to do first and why.
What you get
- A technology map of your current estate — tools, integrations, workflows, and costs
- An honest assessment of what's working and what isn't
- A prioritised improvement strategy with specific next steps
- A presentation session to walk through the findings
How it works
Audit and Strategy is a fixed-scope engagement. We agree the scope upfront and deliver. The engagement typically runs over two to four weeks depending on the complexity of the estate.
A natural starting point
For most businesses, this is where the relationship begins. It's the lowest-commitment way to find out what's actually going on — and what it would take to fix it. Several clients have moved on to a retained advisory relationship after completing an audit. Once the picture is clear, the next steps usually are too.
